We value your feedback and have made improvements to the Best Buds program over the past 2.5 years, and now we’re ready to take our loyalty program to another level. Our points system is being replaced with a generous rewards program with top-shelf rewards for everyone, no matter what tier of products you purchase. Providing rewards from our sibling brands allows us to be more generous with the frequency and quality of those rewards. Rest assured, any points you’ve already earned are still yours to redeem for the next seven months until they expire on 12/31/26.

GOODBYE POINTS. HELLO REWARDS.
When it came to our Loyalty Points program, where customers could earn $5 for every $100 spent in the store, we’ve always wondered if we could do it better. 

Starting Wednesday, May 20th, you will no longer accrue Loyalty Points related to your total purchase amount. Instead, we are moving to frequency and behavior-based rewards. Simply shop your preferred categories and products, and you will progress through virtual punch cards to redeem a free* top shelf product in your favorite product categories:

• Purchase any 10 pre-rolls, get a Vivid live resin-infused pre-roll for a penny. 
• Buy any 10 concentrates, get a 1.1g of Vivid live badder for that same penny.
• Pick up 10 eighths from any brand and get an eighth of Vivid flower. 
• Buy any 10 packs of gummies, and get a pack of Vivid hash rosin gummies.

Best Buds 2.0 also offers behavior-based rewards that earn you product rewards for simply shopping and using the app: 

• Download the app, get a pre-roll.
• Opt-in for push notifications, get a pre-roll.
• Complete a mobile order on the app, get a pre-roll.
• Share your 5 favorite products, get a pre-roll.
• Leave an app review, get a pre-roll.
• Complete all five above, get an eighth of Vivid flower.
• Refer a bud, get a pre-roll. 
• Make a purchase at every Blue Sage, get a pre-roll at each new store. 

You get the idea. And if you do the math, it’s a better deal all around.

We have a brand new mobile app for iOS and Android users designed for a better shopping experience.

Starting with mobile pre-ordering, you will be able to browse, filter, search, and shop your local Blue Sage with ease thanks to an improved interface and cleaner user experience. Our deals and promotions are viewable on easy-to-find tabs, and Android users will now be able to shop AND complete their purchase with the app. Finally!

If you stopped using the Blue Sage app, or it crashed on you, we hope you’ll give the new version another shot. 

WHAT ABOUT MY LOYALTY POINTS?
Points you’ve earned will remain in your account until they expire on December 31, 2026. If you are curious about your point total, just ask your budtender during your next visit.

You’ll still be the first to know about new deals, promotions, and product drops coming to your local Blue Sage, plus news about product releases, early access to sales, and bonus rewards to show our appreciation around holidays.
