Points can take up to 24 hours to update after you make an order. If you are still missing points, it is likely that your phone number or email on your account was not used when checking out at the store. It's imperative that your budtender makes sure your transaction is recorded with your correct phone number or email.
You will not earn points for orders or visits at the store until after you confirm your signup. From that point forward you will earn based on your activity.
Every $100 you spend at a Blue Sage Cannabis Deli earns you five (5) points. Points earned are added to your account within 24 hours of every purchase.
Points can be redeemed at any Blue Sage Cannabis Deli. One point equals one dollar off the customer’s total cart and can be redeemed in increments of $1, $5, $10, $20, $50, or $100.
Yes. Your order total must at least be twice the amount of loyalty points you are looking to redeem. For example: to redeem 20 loyalty points, you must have at least a $40 order total.
From time to time, we’ll also send opportunities to earn special rewards to our loyalty members. These can be for specific discounted products, discounts on certain categories of products, or some other fun spiff or experience.
The easiest way is by using the Blue Sage mobile app. You can also use the web-based wallet located at https://2266.w.alpineiq.com/a/login. Or you can simply ask your friendly budtender.
Unexpired loyalty points or rewards can be used at any time. Discounts are not stackable and inventory is subject to change. Please be aware we can't guarantee availability.
